Who we share it with

We share personal data only with trusted suppliers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need.

  • Website hosting and our website platform
  • Google for analytics and business email or file storage
  • Calendly for call bookings
  • Our email newsletter provider to send updates you signed up for
  • Our accountant for bookkeeping and tax
  • Social media platforms when we manage accounts or run ads on a client's behalf
  • Police, courts or regulators when the law requires it

Each supplier processes data under a written contract and our instructions. Some, such as Google and Calendly, may store data outside the UK, mainly in the United States. When that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it, then delete or anonymise it.

We protect your data with secure (HTTPS) connections, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts, access limited to the people who need it, and regular software updates. No online system is fully secure, so we will tell you and the ICO about any serious breach as the law requires.

You have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your data where we no longer have a reason to keep it
  • Restrict or object to how we use your data, including for marketing
